  • Coordination with GC/CM to ensure responses align with project intent
  • Fast turnaround to keep the schedule moving

Construction Revisions

  • Revise drawings to reflect approved changes
  • Update mechanical plans after owner‑driven modifications
  • Incorporate late‑stage architectural or structural shifts
  • Issue updated sheets or clouded revisions as required

As‑Built / Record Documentation

  • Update drawings to reflect final installed conditions
  • Coordinate with field teams to capture accurate routing and equipment data
  • Deliver clean, contractor‑friendly as‑built packages

Coordination With Other Trades

  • Resolve conflicts with electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and structural
  • Provide mechanical input during late‑stage coordination meetings
  • Ensure access, service clearances, and code requirements remain intact

Site Support (Remote)

  • Review photos, videos, or field sketches
  • Provide quick engineering guidance without slowing down installation
  • Help troubleshoot unexpected issues (clearances, elevations, equipment fit, etc.)

Fee Structure

Hourly Engineering Support

  • Standard rate: $210/hr
  • Rush / same‑day: $250/hr
  • Minimum: 1.0 hour per request
  • Used for:
    • Field adjustments
    • Clarifications
    • Quick markups
    • Photo/video reviews
    • Coordination with GC/CM

RFI Responses

  • Simple RFI: $200
    • Single question, no drawing changes
  • Moderate RFI: $300
    • Requires markups or clarifications
  • Complex RFI: $400
    • Requires revised details, code justification, or multi‑trade coordination

Construction Revisions

  • Minor revision: $400–$600
    • Small routing changes, elevation adjustments, clearance fixes
  • Moderate revision: $600–$900
    • Multiple changes on a sheet, equipment relocation, architectural shifts
  • Major revision: $900–$1,200
    • Significant rework, multi‑sheet impacts, owner‑driven changes

As‑Built / Record Drawings

  • Small project: $1,000–$1,800
  • Medium project: $1,800–$2,800
  • Large project: $2,800–$3,500+

Includes:

  • Updated duct/pipe routing
  • Final equipment locations
  • Clouded changes
  • Clean, contractor‑friendly deliverables

Coordination Meetings (Remote)

  • Weekly or bi‑weekly: $200/hr
  • Includes:
    • Mechanical input during late‑stage coordination
    • Clash resolution
    • Constructability review
    • Follow‑up markups

Site Support (Remote)

  • Hourly: $200/hr
  • Includes:
    • Reviewing field photos/videos
