- Run clash detection (Navisworks Manage)
- Prioritize clashes based on severity and schedule impact
- Provide clear, contractor‑friendly markup sets
- Coordinate with other trades to negotiate routing adjustments
- Validate that proposed solutions are constructable and code‑compliant
Model Oversight & Quality Control
- Review mechanical models for accuracy, completeness, and constructability
- Verify elevations, slopes, equipment clearances, and access zones
- Ensure model updates reflect approved field changes
- Maintain consistency with design intent and contract documents
Trade Coordination & Communication
- Serve as the point of contact between mechanical, GC/CM, and other trades
- Translate engineering requirements into contractor‑friendly guidance
- Document decisions, changes, and responsibilities
- Keep the coordination process moving with clear next steps
Issue Tracking & Reporting
- Maintain a running log of open issues
- Provide weekly coordination summaries
- Track responsible parties and deadlines
- Deliver clean, actionable reports for field teams

- Standard rate: $200/hr
- Rush / same‑day: $250/hr
- Minimum: 1.0 hour per meeting or coordination session
